IKM Instrutek AS is a company within the IKM Group. We will during 2011 have approximately  60 employees, and yielding  a turnover of just over 200 million NOK. IKM Gruppen, which we have been part of since 2006, employs around 2500 employees and a turnover of approx. 2,5 billion NOK. IKM Instrutek AS is divided into two main departments, Electro & Automation and Industrial & Marine.
 
Within electro and automation we are one of Norways leading suppliers of test- and measuring instruments. We offer our products to traditional industry, offshore industry, power companies, technical schools and state and municipality. We have our own work shop where we carry out both service and calibration.
 
The Industrial & Marine department handles the shipping, industry and offshore markets. Our staff is highly skilled, with solid knowledge of the market. We focus on service and aim to meet the need of our clients. Our goal is to be the most complete partner for our clients.

IKM Instrutek has always had Rogaland as one of it’s key areas, and the time was now right to build a stronger base in Stavanger. IKM Products AS is another company within the IKM Group, who has many similarities with IKM Instrutek. We have therefore now decided to merge these companies, with IKM Instrutek to take over the IKM Products. The merger will be effective as of 08/16/11, but IKM Products will be run as an independent company until 01/09/11.After this date IKM Products will be a fully integrated part of IKM Instrutek.

Electro Partner is another company who is well established in Stavanger.This company have now been split in 2 parts, the maritime division is integrated in IKM Instrutek and the electro division is integrated into IKM Elektro. This merger will be effective from 01.10.11, and our new office in Stavanger consists 13 people.

Our sales engineers and service personnel all hold a high professional level. The company makes sure each employee is updated in their field, to give our customers the best service possible. In addition, we carry out a wide range of training and seminars, both for our clients and their customers.
