IKM Instrutek AS can provide different types of solutions when it comes to machine protection and condition monitoring systems. VM600 CONDITION MONITORING AND MACHINE PROTECTION SYSTEM.
The Swiss company Vibro-Meter has for more than 50 years delivered first-class condition monitoring systems for rotating equipment. Their newest system is the VM600, which is more flexible and compact than its predecessors.
The system is built around a 19" VME rack, and is primarily based on 2 types of plug-in cards:
• MPC4 for machine protection (6 channels (2 speed), analogue out and relays)
• XMV16 for condition monitoring (16 channels with powerful analyzing capabilities)
The rack is programmed either by ethernet or RS232, and can be used together with CMS software for condition monitoring and HMI/mimic on a computer.

SENSONICS DN26
DN26 series Sensonics offers simple and effective machine protection. These are compact, economical modules that are well suited for everything from small fans / pumps to large hydropower turbines.
The display shows the level of vibration, and lights indicate alarm status and sensor OK. The relay outputs can shut the machinery directly or through the control system if the vibration exceeds the selected limits.

CTC
SC200 Series are simple signal converter for accelerometers. It has no relay output or displays, and work with a standard accelerometer. The SC200 provides a filtered 4-20mA signal and raw signal output that enables you to perform analysis of unfiltered vibration data with the same accelerometer. The system can be connected to a relay module and a display. This gives you a complete and scalable machine protection system.
