QUALITY POLICY FOR THE IKM GROUP

• We perform our assigned tasks in accordance with the customer’s
requirements and conditions.
• We deliver the product the customer requires.
• As a minimum, we shall meet the requirements in NS-EN ISO 9001.
• We shall be certified or accredited in accordance with the relevant standards.
• We shall learn from our mistakes.
• We shall document our quality.

We will achieve this through continuous improvement of all processes
and systems established in each organisation.

Each IKM company shall establish its own objectives in order to
live up to the IKM Group’s overall policy.
