De-burring
De-burring is increasingly a requirement related to safety and functioning ability and grinding is the most used processing method in connection with de-burring.
The Grinding Master both grits/grinds and de-burrs. Gritting is the process which involves rilling of the surface so that the grooves remain. This produces a fine surface. This machine also has a rotating grinding disk of 1200mm. It removes the chippings and sharp corners/edges of the sheet parts.
