IKM has developed and adapted a part of our Quality system (ISO 9001:2000) towards project management and execution. This, in combination with the aforementioned, enables IKM to provide a well proven and functional project execution and planning concept, also for related services to our own core business areas. We have constant focus on training of personnel, coordination, maintenance, new investments and improved logistics.
In addition our group of technical key personnel possess extensive experience from related services such as design and analysis, construction – and production technology, offshore installation and intervention, organization and interfaces, maintenance and inspection.
IKM key personnel are often integrated in our clients organizations for shorter or longer periods, contributing with their competence to the projects.
Furthermore IKM can offer total concepts within project execution and project management both domestic and internationally. In such cases our project managers act as single point of contact to our clients. The same model can be used for multi service projects as well – also incorporating other IKM companies and sub-contractors into the IKM Testing project organization under one project manager.
