CTS Frame Agreement With BP
IKM Testing AS has been awarded a new frame agreement with BP Norway for subsea Cuttings Transport Services and equipment.
The agreement applies for 16 wells on the Skarv project, about 200 km outside the cost of Sandnessjøen. The work will commence in Q2 2009 with a duration of 4 years. BP may choose to utilise the services on other installations in the Norwegian and British sector of the North Sea.
Cuttings Transport Services became a new focus area for IKM Testing AS after the acquisition of Altinex Services in Q4 2007. The new frame agreement with BP is therefore an important milestone with regard to further growth within this niche service.
