The engineering has begun and the first mobilization in Nyhamna is expected in July 2006. Each pipeline is 121 kilometres long and is to be flooded, cleaned and gauged.
This is the third subsea contract at Ormen Lange to be assigned IKM Testing. From before, IKM Testing has contracts involving commissioning MEG pipelines for Acergy and ubilicals for Subsea 7.
