Nitrogen contract at Hammerfest LNG
IKM Testing has been awarded a new contract on the Hammerfest LNG project at Melkøya in northern Norway.
It is a large purging and drying job for the French company Entrepose which will provide valuable experience.
The contract includes:
Preparing procedures, performance of nitrogen purging, drying and filling of storage tanks:
Two 125.000 m3 for LNGOne 75.000 m3 for LPGOne a 45.000 m3 for condensate
The customer is Entrepose Contracting SA and he first mobilisation at Melkøya is in July 2006.
