The IKM Group has acquired dsc Engineering AS
The IKM Group has acquired 67% of the shares of dsc Engineering AS in Tranby.
dsc Engineering AS is a leading company within passive fire and blast protection for the oil and gas industry. The company is a fully integrated provider of their products and services world wide.
dsc Engineering AS will enter into the IKM Group's division Engineering/Construction/Operation (E&C&O). With this acquisition the turnover for E&C&O will rise to approx. NOK 900 mill.
dsc Engineering AS has grown considerably the last couple of years and the company has positioned itself as one of the leading suppliers of fire and blast resistant walls and equipment for security and environment for the national and international oil and gas market. Today, the company has 15 employees and reached a turnover of NOK 66 mill. in 2007. dsc Engineering AS is situated in Tranby, Norway.
