The Sabre range of instrument valves, manifolds and instrumentation
protection systems and the Dublok range of piping class single, double
and double block & bleed combination valves have been specifically
developed to meet the needs of clients wishing to ensure ease of
installation, long term in-service dependability and minimum lifetime
costs. Valves are available with metal or soft seats, are rated up to
10,000psi (700 bar) and in a range of standard and exotic materials to
meet the ever increasing demands of today’s most arduous process
monitoring and flow control applications. All Sabre and Dublok products
are subject to rigorous quality assurance management processes through
all stages of order processing, design, manufacture, testing and
certification to ensure that these key customer requirements are met.
Instrument Valves and Manifolds
Complete
range of needle valves, forged valves, gauge valves, plug valves,
remote and direct mounting two, three and five valve manifolds.
Modular Mounting System
The
Modular Mounting System developed in conjunction with Shell and fully
conforms to MESC specifications, incorporates a range of two and four
valve manifolds, mounting plates, GRP sunshades and enclosures,
monoflanges, seal pots, purge blocks, filling/flushing connectors and
test connection boxes.
Enclosure System
The
Enclosure System sets the standard in instrument protection from
mechanical damage using tough fire retardant GRP, and weather protection
to IP66 in temperatures from -60°C to +80°C. It incorporates a range of
specifically designed one, two, three and five valve manifolds, is
available in anti-static, insulated and heated, with a full range of
accessories.
Double Block and Bleed/Combination Valves
Single
block, double block and double block & bleed valves are available
in flanged connections from ANSI 150lb through to API 10000lb, special
flanges, compact flanges and hubs. The small bore (3mm to 8mm)
‘Monoflange Type’ is available with OS&Y or screwed needle valves
for primary/secondary isolation and vent. The reduced bore (10mm to
14mm) ‘Integral Type’ is available with standard ball valve primary
isolation with combinations of ball, OS&Y needle, screwed needle for
secondary isolation and vent and utilise lipseals across the range. The
reduced and full bore (½” to 4”) ‘Modular Type’ is available with
combinations of ball, gate, globe, OS&Y needle, screwed needle and
check type for primary/secondary isolation and vent and utilise lipseals
across the range.
