IKM Interactive's Axis is available free of charge, but with no warranty. All the standard disclaimers apply. Installation of the appropriate version is easy: for Microsoft Windows, simply run the installer program, and run Axis from the IKM Interactive folder on the Start menu. For Unix platforms, untar the file, and run "axis" from the axis1.31 directory.

Release Notes

All versions utilize the TIFF and libJPG libraries to support texture mapped objects. For platforms where OpenGL is not supported, we use the Mesa 3D library. The static linked versions are slightly larger than the dynamic linked versions, but should run on a wider range of platforms.
