Most companies are well equipped with instruments to cover their daily operation, so rental is normally required for one of three reasons: 1) specific project demands, 2) damaged/missing equipment or 3) deficient planning.
If you are in need of rental equipment, you should know that IKM Laboratorium is most likely in possession of the required instrument. With more than 9000 instruments in our rental park, most of them fully calibrated and ready for transport/picking up on a few hours notice.
Why should I rent?
Most of us wish to have our own instruments, but this is not always the best solution – especially in fields with rapid development. An example is the fiber-industry where you may spend 5 years on repaying a cable analyzer, a fusion splicer or an OTDR, just for it to be outdated a few years later. Also keep in mind the expenses related to calibration and maintenance. Through rental on the contrary, you can easily keep up with the progress in the industry, always using the newest equipment to get the very best results. Older and cheaper models will still be available of course, for use on projects with less demands.

It is important to us that the customer experience includes 1) good and transparent communication, 2) no surprises and 3) that both parties are benefiting from the rental.
