The new generation of SCCO2 flushing units are now available and ready to clean a broad variety of different fluid/gas transfer systems. The patented SCCO2 flushing technology makes it possible to reach cleanliness levels higher than with any other currently available technologies on the market.
Furthermore, the flushing unit can flush long and narrow pipes (ID: 2-12 mm) even on distances of up to 36 km, maybe even longer.
To de-contaminate systems where no other method, such as conventional oil flushing, is efficient, SCCO2 flushing is the right solution to achieve a high level of cleanliness.
The SCCO2 CI Manifold acts as an intersection between the SCCO2 HSU, BFU and Chiller module. With ability to inject chemicals into the process this module can optimize the flushing operation if needed.
