Casing:

• 4 mm stainless steel, type AISI 316L, welded construction.

Side seals:

• To prevent leakage between blades and casing.
• Made of 0,3 mm cold rolled stainless steel strips in AISI 301.

Blades:

• 4 mm stainless steel, type AISI 316L, formed with a longitudinal v -section to provide extra strength and designed with 35 mm blade overlap .
• The blades are bolted and welded to the shafts.

Shafts:

• Ø-20 mm stainless steel ,type AISI 316L bolted and welded to the blades.

Linkages:

• Parallel action linkage, all blades coupled together. Stainless steel AISI 316L, size 8 x 30 / 6 x 20 mm.
• Washers and split pins hold the pivots in position.

Bearings:

• Standard Bearings Ø-20 mm in stainless steel ,type AISI 316L (ISO15 138)

Options:

• Manually operated fire dampers.
• Fire-separation plate mounted under the drive -unit (A-60 to H120)
