We are seeking a Drilling Engineer with expertise in Norwegian drilling operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in planning, executing, and optimizing drilling activities, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability. Experience from Norway & Norwegian continental shelf is a must.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, Drilling Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling engineering, with a focus on Norwegian operations.
- Strong technical expertise in well planning, drilling optimization, and risk management.
- Proficiency with drilling software and simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of Norwegian regulatory requirements and industry standards governing drilling operations.
