Responsibilities
-Establish and maintain the project handover strategy with a strong focus on HSSEQ.
-Participate in the development of project installation and commissioning plans.
-Manage project interfaces to ensure safe and effective handovers to operations.
-Coordinate commissioning resources to develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures.
-Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
-Manage interfaces with contractors, suppliers, and other project partners.
-Oversee the PIMS CMS database for the project portfolio.
-Witness contractor and supplier tests (FAT/SAT) as required.
-Prepare commissioning input for monthly project reports and planning meetings.
-Participate in offshore meetings and support integration activities.

Required expertise
-Proven experience as a Commissioning Lead or in a similar project completion role.
-Strong background in establishing handover strategies and hierarchies with an emphasis on HSSEQ.
-Demonstrated ability to develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures.
-Skilled in managing project interfaces and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
-Experience with commissioning estimation and scope planning.
-Familiarity with project completion management systems (e.g., PIMS CMS).
-Experience with Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
