Good hand and cough hygiene prevents infection.
Avoid contact with sick persons, especially persons with respiratory symptoms.
Use a paper towel in front of your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing. Discard the paper towel after use. Then wash your hands.
Use the elbow hook when you need to cough or sneeze and have no paper towel available.
Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly, especially when you have been out with people.
Hand disinfection with alcoholic agents is an option when hand washing is not possible, for example when traveling.
