The IKM Flux vaporiser (patent pending) is a guided AI design, 3D printed vaporiser specially designed for use on sampling lines for analysing LNG.

Design in conjunction with Jiskoot Solutions Ltd.

The unit was developed by extensive use of CFD and AI. Using 3D metal printing makes a very efficient and compact unit by allowing integrated vacuum insulation that prevents ingress of heat pre-vaporisation and egress of heat from the body.  This optimizes energy transfer efficiency.

  • System packaging and I/O per requirements.
  • Retrofitting kits for existing Vaporisers

Recent tests in a facility upgrade, which took only a day to install, tell their own story on the “before and after GHV (Gross  Heating Value) stability rendered from a GC (Gas Chromatograph).

The image below is shared by the customer and is illustrating the GHV with the old vaporiser signals on the left side, before it was retrofit with the IKM FLUX vaporiser, that achieves a much-improved stability as illustrated on the right side of the graph.

Line graph showing a fluctuating signal with several sharp peaks, followed by a noticeable drop in amplitude.

Feedback from the plant:

“Data over the weekend, massive improvement in stability for wobbe and heating value after the install”
