Technical Features:
Frame: Self-supporting galvanized steel frame further protected with polyurethane powder painting. The front panel, hinged to the strut, allows an easy access into the unit for maintenance and other necessary operations. Compressors: Scroll with oil sight glass. They are fitted with internal overheat protection and crankcase heater, installed on rubber shock absorbers. Fans: Axial fan directly coupled to a three-phase electric motor with external rotor. A safety fan guard is fitted on the air flow discharge.
Condenser: Made up of a finned coil with copper pipes and aluminium fins. Evaporator: In AISI 316 stainless steel braze welded plates type. The evaporator is insulated with flexible closed cells material. Shell & Tube heat exchanger for large capacity chillers
Electrical board: It includes: master switch with door lock system; fuses; compressor protection circuit breaker relays; fan thermocontacts; potential free contacts for remote ON-OFF; summer/winter switching; domestic hot water sensor; external 3-way valve management. The unit includes serial interface RS485 with Modbus RTU protocol.
Microprocessor: For automatic control of the unit. Allows the viewing and control of all the variables of the compressor and unit, control set and real water temperature and, in case of partial or total block of the unit, indication of security device that intervened.
Electronic proportional device: Attenuates the sound level of the unit using a stepless regulation of fan rotation speed, the device also allows the operation of up to outside air temperatures to -20 °C.
