General Description:

Tubes, Tube sheets, shells, Baffles and Fins of Heat Exchanger are made out of various custom required material & TEMA Standards. IKM Heat Exchangers are carefully designed and tested from selection of raw materials as per specifications and the quality is tested with its own quality control departments. X-Ray Hydraulic, Pneumatic, penetration testing are the series of regular tests routinely adapted by IKM HVAC to confirm and witness the quality as per standards.

Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger: These types of Heat exchangers are having two divisions one is shell and other is Tubes. Here One fluid runs through the tubes, and another fluid flows over the tubes (through the shell) to transfer heat between the two fluids. For this purpose seamless/ERW or Rolled pipes are used for shell. And Seamless tubes are used for Tubes.

Oil Cooler: These types of Heat exchangers are used for cooling oil with either oil flowing inside the tubes or shell as per project requirement.

Intercooler & Aftercooler: Aftercoolers are specialized heat exchangers that are used in multi-stage compressor systems to cool the pressurized air or gas. Aftercooler is designed for direct / floor mounting arrangement. Moreover, compressed Aftercooler is available in standard horizontal / vertical models, with or without built in Moisture Separators.

Intercooler is specialized heat exchangers that are used in multi-stage compressor systems to cool the pressurized air or gas. Water to Intercooler are designed for direct / floor mounting arrangement. These are available in standard horizontal / vertical models, with or without built in Moisture Separators.
