IKM Karsten Moholt provides comprehensive workshop services for overhaul, rewinding, repair, and testing of electric rotating equipment. Our facilities are designed to handle both low- and high-voltage motors and generators, supporting customers who require reliable refurbishment, lifetime extensions, modifications or rebuilds.

We perform mechanical and electrical overhauls, stator and rotor rewinding, insulation upgrades, machining, balancing, surface treatment, and complete functional testing. All work is carried out by experienced specialists using documented processes to ensure consistent quality and performance.

Our workshop is equipped to handle large and complex equipment, with dedicated infrastructure for heavy lifting, precision machining, and advanced insulation processes. The VPI system, burn-out and curing ovens, and vacuum processes support high-quality winding repairs and long-term reliability. Integrated diagnostic and analysis capabilities allow us to identify root causes and recommend targeted improvements.

Final testing is performed in our dedicated high-voltage and low-voltage test beds, ensuring equipment is verified and ready for operation before delivery.
