Our Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems are tailored to meet customer-specific requirements and deliver efficient and reliable cleaning in demanding industrial environments. Pump capacities range from 250 to 1,500 l/min, with tank volumes from 500 to 1,500 liters. Electric heating elements are dimensioned accordingly to ensure optimal cleaning performance.

We design and manufacture ATEX-certified CIP systems for Zone 1 and Zone 2, including third-party ATEX certification. Each tank is equipped with a sloped bottom for complete drainage, and a protective strainer between the tank and pump ensures safe and stable operation. Our CIP solutions are widely used in industrial cleaning applications, particularly in the oil and gas industry, enabling efficient cleaning without dismantling systems, thereby reducing downtime.

Example of delivered customized CIP unit:
Mobile CIP unit mounted on four lockable heavy-duty wheels, dimensions 1800 × 1170 × 1800 mm and total weight approximately 1,500 kg. Equipped with a Hydra VRF 310N-20 centrifugal pump in SS316 with Viton seals and duplex shaft, driven by a 15 kW motor. Capacity up to 250 l/min at 9 bar, with control and monitoring via flowmeter (10–250 l/min) and reversible inlet and outlet connections. Power supply 440 V, 60 Hz, 63 A. ATEX-certified for Zone 1.
