Our high-pressure washers are offered in three main product groups:
- Hot water washers for offshore use
With an operating pressure of 200–350 bar, these units are supplied with one or more pumps, where tank sizes and heating elements are customised to the customer's needs. The pumps are supplied by Kamat or Cat, and the units are ATEX zone 1/2 certified for the oil and gas industry. For offshore safety, they include DNVGL 2.7-3 certified lifting frames, vibration-isolated components, and forklift pockets.
- High-pressure pump units
Operating pressure 200–690 bar. Mainly equipped with Kamat pumps, available with electric or diesel engines, and can pump seawater, freshwater, water/glycol, mud, or other process fluids. Supplied to land-based industry and oil and gas applications, including ATEX-approved solutions.
- UHP (Ultra High Pressure) pumps
Typical pressures 500–3500 bar, with a choice of electric or diesel engines. We provide customised systems for offshore or special applications, as well as standard Kamat High-Pressure units.
All units are built in weather-protected 316L stainless steel frames with maintenance access on both sides. Integrated tanks, heating, and filtration are tailored to the application for operation at high temperatures. For flexibility, the units can be supplied with single or dual pressure outlets and Ex-approved control systems.
