HII pumps are known for high reliability and precision in demanding high-pressure applications. They are used globally in oil and gas, chemical injection, testing, and industrial processes where safety and performance are critical. HII offers several liquid pumps popular in the Norwegian market, from 3" single-acting pumps with simple air operation, through 5-3/4" single-acting pumps with triple air operation, to 7" double-acting pumps with double air operation.
The 3L series has liquid-wetted parts mainly made of 316 stainless steel, with selected variants in 15-5 PH, and comes with BUNA-N O-rings and UHMWPE plunger seals.
The 5L series is designed for higher pressures, with liquid-wetted components primarily in 15-5 PH stainless steel, optional Stellite plungers, and UHMWPE or compounded PTFE seals.
The 7L series is tailored for extreme applications and is available in 15-5 PH, 316 stainless steel, and aluminium, with UHMWPE or compounded PTFE seals as well as BUNA-N O-rings.
All series are compatible with petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, water, Skydrol, brake fluids, and solvents compatible with BUNA-N. Service for liquefied gases applies to the 3L and 5L, while the 7L has limitations depending on the configuration.
