Our electric heaters are tailored for air or nitrogen (N₂), delivering reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
Typical specifications include: flow up to 250 m³/h, operating pressure 2–6 barg, design pressure 10 bar, temperature range –5°C to +80°C, 400–440 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 63 A.

Example of delivered unit:
Built on an AISI 316 frame (2100 × 1000 × 1250 mm, 640 kg), equipped with DN200 piping, a 35 kW heating element, and PT100 sensor. The system features an Ex d e-certified control panel with Siemens PLC/HMI for precise control of flow, pressure, and temperature, as well as automatic outlet temperature regulation via an adjustable thermostat.

Compliant with the Machinery Directive 2016/42/EC, ATEX 2014/34/EU, NORSOK Z-015:2020, and certified for ATEX Zone 1.
