The acquisition includes Hendrik Veder Group B.V. and its branch in Las Palmas, as well as the Norwegian company in Stavanger with a branch in Kristiansund. Both companies have been given new names: IKM Hendrik Veder B.V. and IKM Hendrik Veder AS.

Hendrik Veder Group has a proud heritage of 225 years and is one of the oldest maritime companies in the Netherlands. With approximately 100 employees, the company has built a solid reputation for quality, reliability and long-term customer relationships. It is a recognized supplier of steel wire rope and synthetic rope solutions for lifting, mooring, towing and rigging for the maritime and offshore industries, with a clear focus on sustainability. Together, the combined organization will be able to offer a broader range of services to its customers.
