* Working in the estimating team within the subsea alliance to perform estimating tasks, performance monitoring, benchmark and developing relevant tools.
* Reports to Estimating Supervisor Position overview
* The estimator will provide a complete estimating service to support evaluation of new prospects and establish and estimates for sanctioning of new projects in company (DG0 - DG4).
* Furthermore the role will also provide estimate documentation for Modifications projects, decommissioning projects, Operations, Exploration and 3rd party enquiries.
* The role requires the estimator to facilitate the estimating process for building, reviewing, presenting, benchmarking, assessing quantities and quality assurance of estimates for management and partners and is a key role in the project decision-making process.
* Responsible for development and management of all estimating deliveries to the Project, provide cost risk modelling and benchmarking support to the Project.
* The estimator shall ensure the proper application of all company estimating function processes and procedures, along with compliance checks of both Internal, Contractor and/or Alliance Partner estimating deliverables as appropriate.
* The estimator shall be part of a multidiscipline team, and is expected to actively seek advice and perspectives from colleagues and leaders to develop a robust integrated estimate.
* He / she is expected to perform commercial and technical reviews and make decisions and recommendations.

Responsibilities continuation

* Preparing and review cost estimates including calculating risk premiums and escalation requirements in line with the company's current policies
* Develop the estimate in according to corporate standard WBS methodology for each phase, that properly reflects the project scope, interfaces and execution methodology
* Liaise with Planning and/or Cost Disciplines in order to ensure proper alignment between Cost/Estimate and Schedule
* Provide analysis and review of estimate supplied by contractor companies, internal corporate business units and/or alliance partners as app
