-Conduct technical hierarchy, consequence analysis, criticality analysis, RCM analysis, and FMECA.
-Develop and update preventive maintenance (PM/CBM) programs.
-Develop and update preventive and condition-based maintenance routines.
-Perform spare part evaluations.
-Ensure strict adherence to project execution models, schedules, budget, and emphasize quality and HSSE aspects.

-In-depth knowledge of operational and maintenance requirements for industrial facilities, with a focus on oil & gas and renewables.
-Proven experience in modification projects.
-Comprehensive understanding of equipment functionality and performance.
-Familiarity with standards such as Norsok Z-008 and ISO 14224.
-Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (mechanical, maintenance), or a related field.
-Proficient in SAP and CMMS systems.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-A dedicated team player.
Languages: Fluent in English, both verbally and in written language. Proficiency in Norwegian is advantageous.
