Responsibilities
-Design and engineering of cables according to applicable NEK standards and RENblader
-Cooperate with electrical PRE and electrical system engineer on developing cable sizing philosophy, cable routing and cable design & Calculation
-Ensure all the electrical part of scope relevant for the modeling to be included in E3D
-Provide the layout drawings relevant for placement of electrical equipment
-Providing inputs to Civil on location and arrangement in the technical building
-Cooperate with PRE on developing supplier vital interface information list (VIIL)
-Ensure good understanding of all the interfaces and battery limits towards other contractors and reach common understanding with other involved parties
-Contribute to a safe, positive work environment
-Ensure good understanding of the scope of work for electrical equipment
-Good cooperation with Electrical PRE and Electrical system engineer
-Good cooperation with other disciplines to exchange all the necessary inputs and data to the electrical equipment
-Coordination with client, other partners / sub-contractor on providing all the data needed with respect to location and layouts
-Responsible for electrical area design with cable engineering as main activity
-Report to Electrical Lead all matters of importance, including progress and any change in the scope of work or any deviation

Required expertise
-Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering
-Extensive practical experience
-Experience and deep knowledge of electrical design according to relevant standards such as NEK (and IEC), RENblader, NORSOK
-Experience and knowledge on FEBDOK and REN-grøft is an advantage
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
-Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
-Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment
Languages: High level English and Norwegian is a requirement, both written and spoken.
