Responsibilities
-Discipline lead and/or discipline engineer for safety discipline
-Tender work, studies and detail engineering
Responsibility within some of these areas:
-Active fire protection
-Passive fire protection
-Fire & gas detection
-Area classification
-Hydraulic calculations (deluge)
-Technical working environment
-External environment
-Safety analysis / coordination

Required Experience
-Bachelor degree or higher
-Minimum 5 years of experience as technical safety engineer within oil & gas industry
-Experience from working in Equinor systems like STID, ARIS and DOCMAP
-Knowledge of both relevant national regulations and Equinor Technical Requirements
Language: Good communication skills, Norwegian skill is an advantage.
Location: Haugesund
Duration: ASAP - 31.12.2026
