On Thursday 15.12.22, IKM Group signed an agreement with FORCE Technology Norway AS to purchase 100% of the shares in FORCE Technology Inspection AS.

IKM Group and NorSea buys the company Energy Innovation in Egersund. The goal is to strengthen the position within the offshore wind industry by building competence and market position.

IKM Testing AS has acquired 80% of the shares in the Danish technology provider Ocean Team Group AS. The acquisition is part of IKM Testing AS’s investment strategy in the field of new technology, offshore wind, CCUS and growth in Denmark. Ocean Team Group AS has changed name to IKM Ocean Team AS.
