We supply both milled plastic and aluminium parts to a wide range of industries including the oil and offshore, fishing, food and furniture production industries. In the warehouse, we stock several different plastic and aluminium grades. Therefore, we can quickly manufacture the part you need.
The use of engineering plastics is increasingly popular and new plastic variants are constantly emerging. 

Where you previously used various types of steel and metals, you now often use engineering plastics.

Both plastic and aluminium are durable materials that are not prone to corrosion. This makes milled products in these materials both durable and usable. 
When milling plastic and aluminium, the sheets are laid on a milling machine table and suctioned into place using a vacuum. The milling paths for the cutouts are programmed based on vector files. In our manufacturing facilities, we have four vacuum milling machines and mill plastic sheets up to 100 mm and aluminium up to 20 mm.
